Jay has been a personal trainer since 2006, specializing in helping people achieve lasting transformations naturally, without relying on bodybuilding drugs, GLP-1s or any shortcut drug methods. Additionally, he's been drug and alcohol free his entire life, and aims to help others pursue true sobriety through example and leadership.

Over the years he's earned multiple certifications and trainer awards, authored four exercise books, published peer-reviewed research, and led workshops for personal trainers at universities.

His mission: to help people take full control of their body and health using natural, holistic methods. No drugs. No BS. Real change comes from smart training, sustainable habits and a disciplined lifestyle. He's here to cut through the noise and give you the tools, knowledge and accountability to build a strong, capable body—naturally
